Hello Band Families,
I wanted to thank all of you who helped us make the concessions for the
YMS Festival this past Saturday a success. We appreciate the donations of
snacks and drinks and all of the volunteers who scheduled the time to work the
concessions stand during the day. I especially want to thank Mary and Kent
Henkel for taking charge of this event and coordinating the collection of
food, drinks and pizza as well as setting up the volunteer schedule. You have
all proven again that the YHS Band Aides is the greatest volunteer organization
around.

Dear Band Families,
Sincere thanks to all of you who responded to work bingo on April 25. Based on the terrific response, we now have adequate help for the 4/25 session. If you have not responded but would like to be involved, please check the website Event Calendar (www.falconbandaides.com) for upcoming bingo session dates. The roster for bingo on May 23 will open at 6PM on April 25.
Also...
We have a unique situation coming on May 23...as this is the weekend for the YHS Band Spring Trip, we will rely much more heavily on parent support to conduct a successful bingo session as the majority of students will be away. Please check your calendars in the weeks ahead and sign up for 5/23 bingo when the roster opens if you're available.
For those who are confirmed for 4/25 and 5/9...we'll see you then.
