ITINERARY FOR SATURDAY NOVEMBER 7, 2009
USSBA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND
5:00AM – MEET YHS; ORGANIZE; LOAD EQUIPMENT
6:00AM – DEPART YHS
10:00AM – ARRIVE ANNAPOLIS/MARINE CORPS STADIUM
RELAX; DRESS
10:45AM – WARM UP
12:30PM – AT THE GATE
12:48PM – PERFORMANCE
1:00PM – RELAX; EAT; CHANGE CLOTHES
3:15PM – AWARDS CEREMONY
4:00PM – DEPART ANNAPOLIS, MD
6:00PM – DINNER STOP
8:30PM – ARRIVE YHS; UNLOAD; GO HOME
We will be doing 5 Guys meals again this week. The sign up sheets are in the band room. Please encourage them to sign up by the end of Thursday’s rehearsal.
Students will also need money for dinner on the way home. We will be stopping en route back to YHS.

Dear Band Families,
Sincere thanks to all of you who responded to work bingo on November 14. Based on the great response, we now have a full staff for the 11/14 session. If you have not responded but would like to be involved, please check the website Event Calendar (www.falconbandaides.com) for upcoming bingo session dates. The roster for the 12/12 session will open at 6PM on November 14.
For those who are confirmed for 11/14 and 11/28, we'll see you then.

Parents,
Thanks for all of the
support this weekend. The kids TRULY had a great performance!!!!
The schedule for this week
will be as follows:
Wednesday 3 -
5pm
Thursday 3 -
5pm
Friday 3 -
5pm
There will NOT be rehearsal
on Tuesday
Due to the time change,
rehearsals will end at 5pm. You can pick your child up at
5:15pm
The schedule for this
weekend will be posted by Wednesday. This will be an early one. Our
performance time is 12:48 in the afternoon with awards at approximately 3pm. We
will be performaning in Annapolis Md.
